pink curtains are all that remained

moving is depressing. you spend so much time in one place and then it's suddenly empty like no one lived there. creepy.

since all that remains are my pink curtains, i can't craft for a while! all my crafting supplies are taped up in boxes! to pass the time i have been watching the PBS version of pride and prejudice on youtube! i am totally obsessed and i am loving this version even more than my favorite one with keira knightly! if you want to watch the 5 hours of P&P this wonderful person posted it: itsallaboutmartinez or you can just type in Pride and Prejudice 1-1 and start from the beginning!

time to enjoy the rest of my movie, eat more twizzlers, and hansens green tea soda. haha healthy....

I used to watch the Yip-Yip Martians all the time from Seasame Street! When I think of a phone ringing I think of them! haha.


Anywho- I got a new phone this weekend. My old phone took a swim in the river! Thus, I have a new shiny phone and I wanted to keep it shiny. What does a crafty person do? Make a case!! So I did:


I love it! I used felt of course, embroidery thread, and velcro to fasten. It's small cute and totally does the trick to keep my phone safe and shiny!

Back In Action

I went on a summer vacation this past week! I am finally back! I went to Laughlin, Nevada with my roomie and her family. It was a total blast, gambling, floating in the Colorado River, riding seadoos and jumping from cliffs!






I hardly ever buy anything that I don't need. Yesterday I was out at the outlet mall and found this: It was pricey for a keychain! However, I truly love the Coach brand and I am obsessed with snails. I had to get it. :)


I am going to be enjoying my last couple weeks in San Diego before I make the move up to Northern California for graduate school. I will be packing and enjoying myself! Not much time for crafting. However I will keep this updated with all my adventures, for now.

I bought a webcam today. I don't have anyone to talk to at the moment so I tried making a video! I bought it to keep in touch with my friends and boyfriend while I am in graduate school in San Jose. Haha, this video is pretty ridiculous and unplanned, but I wanted to try it out!
