What a boring title. I guess it suits the day though. Today is a dull gray full of spitting never ending rain. Fun.

I started school this morning, it was a mess. When is my program ever just..normal? I must have the weirdest field of study ever. Why can't people just figure it out.

Due to my return to graduate school, I will not have much time for crafting again. However, I only have school 3 days a week...so maybe I will have a little more time? We will see.

Today was inauguration day! I will admit it, I was glued to the TV almost all day. I can't wait to see more pictures of the ball gowns. Wow, I am such a girl. I care about the politics too, I never really used too. The state of this country is quite the mess, and I am interested to see what Obama will do.

For now, I am off to an Obama Inauguration Celebration downtown! Billards and Beer here I come :) Have fun and be safe! CONGRATULATIONS AMERICA G.W. BUSH is GONE!!!!!!

Crafting super fast style

I made something really cool! I submitted it to a contest though, so I don't want to post it just yet. Not sure it's good enough to win, but heck I had fun making it and I love it. So, that's what counts. :)

Vintage Valentine

I am home from vacation and got in the Spring Semester cleaning mood. I figure I have to get clean now, before my life gets crazy again.

I just got all my Christmas stuff put away. I also had a big pile of crafting materials on my bed. I got up on my bed to put up Valentine dectorations and, BAM! crafting things went tumbling onto the floor. Here is the picture of the damage:
I had bought this container to keep all my sead beads seperated. Well I tried to shove that gigantic button into one of the containers. Thus the container didn't close all the way, and when it fell off my bed...the sead beds flew all over my just vacuumed floor. Typical. Oh well, as OCD as I am it would be a waste of my time to sort them. :(

Happy New Year!

I rang in the new year with quite a party! First time I have ever spent New Years with close friends and my boyfriend. I could not have had a better time! Thank you for making 2008 end and 2009 begin with such a great time!

Break is just flying by! I am seeing a lot of friends while in San Diego. I have 7 days left before I leave. The thought makes me sad so, I won't think about it anymore. :) Avoidance. Yay!

I have been crafting! I don't have pictures at the moment, but will get some soon! I am finishing a project I started a long time ago. My finger actually has a blister from stitching too much! I tried to use a thimble but I just end up using another finger and I end up switching the thimble a bunch of times then give up and deal with crafting injuries. haha. :) It's the perfect project to work on while watching movies or chatting. All one color of thread over and over again. Cannot wait until it's done!
